Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group in Barcelona seeks an ECM Service Manager to maintain and evolve our ECMaaS and ZBOX applications. You will be the main contact for assigned Business Units, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with Zurich teams and vendors to ensure stable platform operations.

This IC role rewards initiative and ownership, with opportunities to grow and deliver value across global teams. Fluency in English is essential, and ITIL qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• English fluent, both written and spoken, essential for global stakeholder support.
• ITIL Service Management level qualification is required.
• Minimum of three years’ service delivery experience; project management experience is a plus.
• IT educational background.
• Good understanding of cloud hosting technologies (Azure).
• Knowledge of Content Management systems (Filenet, Box, SharePoint…) is advantageous.
• Ability to configure and manage IT tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and box CLI or similar administrator tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality IT support services to internal stakeholders with SLAs.
• Lead management communications for service and escalations; manage changes and security.
• Manage ECMaaS and ZBOX work orders and support platform projects.
• Prepare monthly reporting and monthly service reviews with business units.
• Identify service improvement actions and drive implementations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to support processes and tools.
• Coordinate with Global Disaster Recovery teams to ensure DR readiness.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with audits where applicable.
• Drive daily use of Zurich AI tools to support activities and reporting.
• Ensure the ZBOX platform is up and running as main responsible owner.
