Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group in Barcelona seeks an experienced Operations PMO to support procurement, HR, finance and IT processes. You will coordinate contracts, vendors, staff administration and financial postings to ensure audit-ready operations.

You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring documents are compliant, timely and well-documented. English fluency is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of professional experience in an operations, administration, procurement, HR or finance support role.
• Familiarity with finance and procurement tools (e.g. SAP, Coupa, expense tools), Power Apps or similar is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare draft Statements of Agreement (SA) for external suppliers and intercompany services.
• Create and raise external Work Orders (WO) aligned with approved SAS and budgets.
• Coordinate end-to-end signing process for SAs and WOs with approvers.
• File, store and share signed SAs and WOs in repositories for easy retrieval.
• Coordinate and complete required assessments (GAN, AI, Security) for new suppliers, tools or services.
• Monitor internal employee expense reports and send monthly reminders for timely submissions.
• Monitor completion of mandatory training and maintain employee data (joiners, leavers, changes).
• Prepare and complete monthly payroll files in coordination with HR and payroll providers.
