Job summary

Zur Zurich Technology Delivery Center in Barcelona seeks an ECM Service Manager to maintain and evolve ECMaaS and ZBOX applications. You will be the main contact for assigned Business Units, making decisions and ensuring stability for thousands of users.

This IC role focuses on service delivery, driving operational excellence, and collaborating with Zurich teams and vendors. Growth is possible based on impact and initiative.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of service delivery experience.
• ITIL Service Management qualification preferred.
• Experience with cloud hosting technologies (Azure).
• Knowledge of Box/SharePoint CMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT support services to internal stakeholders, ensuring SLAs and stable production environment.
• Lead communications for incidents, changes, escalations and demand.
• Manage ECMaaS and ZBOX work orders and support platform projects.
• Prepare monthly reporting and conduct service reviews with business units.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to support processes and tools.
• Coordinate with Global Disaster Recovery teams for DR readiness.
• Drive daily use of Zurich AI tools to assist activities.
