Keyrock is seeking a Senior Rust Engineer to join the Capital Markets division to design, build, and operate low-latency trading systems. You will own critical components end-to-end, collaborating with quants and traders to push performance and reliability in a fully remote, Europe‑time‑zone team.

The role requires deep Rust expertise in trading environments, strong AWS/Linux skills, and familiarity with FIX/REST/WebSocket protocols.

Formación

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems.
• Hands-on experience in systematic trading environments (HFT, Market Making, Quantitative Trading).
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise; scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with trading system protocols (FIX, REST, WebSocket).
• Familiarity with agentic engineering tools and AI-first workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimise low-latency trading systems.
• Own key trading stack components end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to improve performance and resilience.
• Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure with focus on performance, stability, observability.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across connectivity, execution, and market data handling.
• Drive engineering standards through leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Embrace AI-assisted workflows and automation for operational tasks.
• Contribute to testing for critical trading components.
