Keyrock, a leading digital asset market maker, seeks a Senior Rust Engineer with deep trading systems experience and strong AWS knowledge to join our Capital Markets division. You will own high‑impact trading infrastructure and drive performance and reliability in a fully remote Europe‑time‑zone team.

In a profitable, fast‑paced unit, you’ll collaborate with quants, traders and engineers to design, build and operate low‑latency systems, while pushing automation through AI‑assisted workflows.

Formación

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems
• Experience in a systematic trading environment (HFT, Market Making, Quantitative Trading)
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including latency-sensitive workloads
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for strategy development and tooling
• Familiarity with trading system protocols (FIX, REST, WebSocket)
• Low-latency networking knowledge (TCP/UDP, kernel bypass concepts)
• Experience with AI-first tooling and workflow automation

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimise low-latency trading systems
• Own key trading stack components end-to-end
• Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to improve performance and resilience
• Maintain trading infrastructure with performance, stability, observability
• Troubleshoot production issues across connectivity, execution, and market data
• Lead code reviews and mentoring, drive engineering standards
• Embrace AI-assisted workflows and automation across tasks
