Keyrock is seeking a Head of Engineering / Engineering Lead to steer the Options Engineering team. You will drive continuous improvements across the automated market-making platform, focusing on quoting, execution, risk controls, and production reliability.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in systematic options trading with hands-on Rust/C/C++ and a track record of leading high-performance trading infrastructure projects in a remote-friendly setting.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in systematic trading, options market-making or low-latency trading systems.
• Hands-on expertise with Rust, C++, or C; willingness to deepen Rust proficiency
• Strong understanding of algorithmic options trading, including quoting, execution, pricing and risk controls
• Experience building or maintaining low-latency trading systems, preferably in derivatives

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow an Options Engineering team of around 7 engineers
• Provide technical direction across trading infrastructure, system design, performance, reliability and risk controls
• Own and evolve a Rust-native systematic options trading platform
• Collaborate with traders, quants, product, risk and infrastructure stakeholders
