Keyrock is seeking a Head of Engineering for the Options team to lead a group of engineers and advance our systematic options trading platform. Based in European time zones, you will drive automation, quoting, execution, risk controls, and production reliability while partnering with trading, quants, risk and infrastructure.

We value 7+ years in systematic trading with strong Rust/C++/C skills and a willingness to deepen Rust proficiency.

Formación

• 7+ years in systematic trading or low-latency systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow an Options Engineering team of around 7 engineers.
• Own and evolve a Rust-native systematic options trading platform.
• Provide strong technical direction across trading infrastructure, system design, performance, reliability.
• Work with traders, quants, risk, product, and infrastructure stakeholders.
• Balance technical leadership with people leadership, delivery ownership, and operational discipline.
