Schneider Electric is seeking an E2E Process Reinvention Partner to lead AI-enabled process transformation. You will map current processes, design future-state workflows, and run reinvention workshops with domain SPOCs. You’ll define WoW frameworks and coordinate with delivery teams to translate changes into agent specifications and pilots.

You will collaborate across global Digital Hubs and embed AI into the SDLC, contributing to Phase 3 scaling and governance.

Formación

• 8+ years in Process Design, Business Transformation, Digital Operations, or Management Consulting.
• Redesigning end-to-end processes in digital tech deployments (ERP, AI, automation, CRM).
• Experience with SDLC frameworks, Agile delivery, or digital product lifecycle management.
• Exposure to AI/Agentic AI or automation platforms is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process transformation design and embed AI into reinvented ways of working.
• Map current processes and design AI-enabled future states per DCR domain.
• Facilitate reinvention workshops with domain SPOCs to co-design future-state WoW.
• Produce the Reinvention Vision per domain and capture AI integration points.
• Define new WoW frameworks and human–AI collaboration structures.
• Coordinate with Delivery teams to translate redesign into agent specs and pilots.
• Integrate pilot learnings into the Phase 3 deployment playbook.
