GE Vernova seeks a Senior Director of AI Transformation & Operations to lead the ELEC AI Center of Excellence and translate enterprise AI strategy into actionable programs. You will serve as the operational backbone, enabling four business lines to deliver AI solutions with speed, quality, and governance.

You will set the cadence for AI delivery, build shared foundations, and embed Responsible AI practices while aligning with ELEC priorities and a business-led 2030 roadmap.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong leadership experience in operations, program management, or technical strategy within a global matrixed organization.
• Solid AI/ML fluency with lifecycle understanding from data prep to production and monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of long-term AI strategy across four business lines.
• Define the operational cadence and governance for AI delivery across the center.
• Develop common standards, tools, and platforms for scalable AI work.
• Balance speed with quality while embedding Responsible AI and security practices.
