GE Vernova's ELEC AI Center of Excellence seeks a Senior Director of AI Transformation & Operations to lead the operational heartbeat of our AI programs across four business lines. You will design a common foundation, governance, and cadence that speeds delivery while embedding Responsible AI and security into every project.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong leadership experience in operations or program management.
• AI/ML fluency with lifecycle from data to production.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate execution of long-term AI plans across four business lines.
• Define the AI delivery cadence and governance.
• Develop common standards, tools, and platforms for AI delivery.
• Balance speed and quality while embedding risk controls.
• Embed Responsible AI and security into workflows.
• Ensure strategic alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Guide the transition to a business-led AI delivery model for 2030.
• Upskill workforce in collaboration with HR and Learning teams.
