Xiaomi Technology Madrid is seeking an experienced e-commerce leader to drive the sales strategy, product propositions, and seasonal promotions, while designing campaigns and essential e-commerce operations.

You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end launches, analyse product SWOTs, and optimise campaigns to boost sales. A deep understanding of Xiaomi products and local market trends is essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, creative thinker and problem-solver.
• Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, including seasonal promotions.
• Update and maintain Xiaomi product listings to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations.
• Coordinate end-to-end project management with stakeholders for successful product launches or marketing campaigns.
• Analyse SWOT of key products to differentiate the proposition.
• Understand local market trends and consumer behaviour to optimise campaigns and performance.
• Leverage online/offline resources to increase mi.com brand awareness and grow online shopping in local markets.
• Prepare insightful reports and present data-driven recommendations to sales leaders on branding and operations.

• Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions;


• With the understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre;


• Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns;


• Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition.


• Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy.


• Using online/offline resource to increase mi.com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users;


• Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestion to sales leaders, on topics of branding and operation when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience


• Strong understanding of e-commerce. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred.


• Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills.


• Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment.
