Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising.
• English proficiency: Intermediate.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and present client strategies to meet ecommerce needs.
• Execute the e-commerce strategy by coordinating resources or implementing plans.
• Measure and optimize e-commerce campaign performance and outcomes.
• Ensure client satisfaction and optimal delivery.
• Collaborate with Havas Engage specialists and external partners.
• Support in new business pitches when required.
• Contribute to growing ecommerce expertise locally.
• Prepare and present ecommerce best practices and case studies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present client strategies to meet their ecommerce needs
• Execute the e-commerce strategy by engaging the right resources and/or implementing the plan
• Ensure and measure the e-commerce campaign success; implement optimization actions when required
• Ensure client satisfaction
• Ensure optimal delivery
• Collaborate with specialists across Havas Engage and leverage partners (vendor services, content creation, logistics, media)
• Provide support in new business pitches when required
• Contribute to the development of the e-commerce expertise at local level
• Prepare and present e-commerce best practices and case studies

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in e-commerce
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising
• English (Intermediate)
