The role requires 3+ years in media buying and digital marketing, with Spanish and English fluency and a passion for tech. Strong analytical skills and cross-team collaboration are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of media buying and marketing experience.
• Experience in digital marketing in Internet and Consumer category industries.
• Global media or marketing communications agency background preferred; in-house media buying a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full media strategy for Xiaomi Spain product campaigns across above-the-line and digital channels.
• Identify new online channels and media opportunities to optimize engagement.
• Collaborate with HQ media team and local cross-functional teams (Marketing, PR, Retail, Sales) to deliver best-in-class media experiences.
• Coordinate plans with Sales and Retail teams to ensure alignment.
• Analyze customer insights and digital listening to inform campaigns.
• Plan and prioritize the full media budget to meet demand-generation goals.
• Define omnichannel communications and media planning across Retail, Operator, and E-Commerce.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide creative media ideas for adoption.
