Job description

• Target Management: Set targets for AIoT categories and track weekly, monthly and quarterly target delivery.
• Product Management: Own end-to-end product lifecycle management covering introduction, growth, maturity and end-of-life stages. Develop Xiaomi Store channel launch plans aligned with product roadmap, key selling points and competitive analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the execution and delivery of new product launches.
• Sales Management: Deliver sales revenue targets for assigned categories. Periodically prepare and present sales analysis, business review summaries as well as category operation strategies & insights.
• Market Insight: Gather market, industry and competitor intelligence. Conduct product analysis & positioning, formulate actionable product plans and drive execution. Build retail strategies for products, monitor sales performance across the full product lifecycle and summarize business patterns & tactics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience, with solid understanding of direct-operated store operation models and workflows.
• Candidates with store management experience at well-known brands’ direct-operated stores will be prioritized.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills; able to deep-dive into store sales data, quickly identify risks and propose solutions.
