Innovamat in Barcelona is hiring an early‑career strategist for the Consumer Business to shape growth across e‑commerce, retail, and data. You will help design operating models, spot inefficiencies, run campaigns, coordinate with distributors and partners, and build dashboards for real‑time performance.

The role offers high ownership, fast learning, and exposure across the organization as Innovamat scales internationally.

Formación

• +1 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e-commerce, consumer, high-growth startups).
• Experience working on complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to entrepreneurial or international environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design the operating model to enable Consumer Business growth across markets and channels.
• Own digital commerce channels, shaping campaigns and customer experience to maximize revenue per customer.
• Coordinate with distributors and retail partners, and turn partner data into a single source of truth for leadership.
• Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure for real-time performance visibility and forecasting.
