Babel Profiles is expanding and opening a new HUB in Barcelona. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the friendly first point of contact for customers across Europe, with emphasis on the Dutch market.

You’ll handle calls, emails and chats, manage orders, shipments, returns and warranty claims using our CRM, and stay informed about our product range to provide accurate information. Hybrid work with remote option.

In this role, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers across Europe.

Main responsibilities

• Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with customers via phone (80%), email, and chat, providing prompt and effective support
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Ensure a top-notch customer experience with a strong emphasis on quality and satisfaction, specifically for the Dutch market
• Manage Customer Interactions: Efficiently register customer data, process orders, coordinate shipments, handle returns, and manage warranty claims using our CRM system
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with our company’s products to provide accurate and helpful information
