Babel Profiles in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly first point of contact for customers across Europe. You will handle inquiries in Dutch and English, manage orders, shipments, returns, and warranty claims using our CRM, and ensure a smooth customer journey.

Main responsibilities

• Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with customers via phone (80%), email, and chat, providing prompt and effective support
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Ensure a top-notch customer experience with a strong emphasis on quality and satisfaction, specifically for the Dutch market
• Manage Customer Interactions: Efficiently register customer data, process orders, coordinate shipments, handle returns, and manage warranty claims using our CRM system
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with our company’s products to provide accurate and helpful information
