Flourish in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to drive outreach and build a strong pipeline. You will research target organisations, initiate contact with stakeholders, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

This role offers structured onboarding, coaching, clear progression, and an international environment. Fluent English is required; other European languages are advantageous.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
• Meet and exceed activity and opportunity targets.
• Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies.
