Kats Recruitment seeks a Dutch-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist in Valencia or Barcelona. The role involves assisting Dutch-speaking users with hardware/software issues, printing solutions, and warranty management from an office-based setup.

You will diagnose, guide through installations, and escalate complex problems to Level-2 engineering. Requirements include Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU/EEA passport or Spanish permit, and familiarity with Windows/macOS.

Formación

• Native or near-native Dutch language skills (C1/C2).
• Good working English (B2).
• EU/EEA Passport or valid Spanish work/residence permit.
• Experience with Windows/macOS and basic hardware.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat with hardware, software, printing, and laptop/desktop configuration inquiries.
• Walk users through technical diagnostics, driver installations, network setups, and firmware updates.
• Log hardware defects, process warranty claims, issue RMA numbers and coordinate replacements/repairs.
• Maintain precise tickets in CRM and escalate complex hardware or network issues to Level-2 engineering.

Dutch-Speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist

Are you fluent in Dutch with a natural affinity for computer technology, digital hardware, and device troubleshooting? We are seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused professionals to join our technical service desk in Valencia or Barcelonasupporting consumer and business clients of a leading global Personal Computing and Printing technology manufacturer.
In this role, you will assist Dutch-speaking users with hardware diagnostics, software setup, printing solutions, and warranty management.

The Role

• Technical Advisory & Diagnostics: Assist Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat with hardware, software, printing, and laptop/desktop configuration inquiries.
  
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Walk users step-by-step through technical diagnostics, driver installations, network/Wi-Fi connection setups, and firmware updates.
  
• Warranty & Repair Management: Log hardware defects, process warranty claims, issue return authorizations, and coordinate replacement parts or repair technician dispatches.
  
• Documentation & Escalation: Maintain precise ticket records in CRM systems and elevate complex hardware failures or enterprise network issues to Level-2 engineering teams.

• Location: Valencia or Barcelona, Spain.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or Near-Native proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2) with good working proficiency in English (B2).
