Kats Recruitment is seeking a Dutch-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our global tech service desk based in Valencia or Barcelona, Spain. You will handle Dutch-language hardware, software, and warranty inquiries via phone, email, and chat, guiding users through diagnostics and problem resolution.

Formación

• Native or near-native Dutch with strong English (B2) proficiency.
• EU/EEA passport or valid Spanish work/residence permit.
• Technical aptitude with Windows/macOS and hardware basics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Dutch-language technical advisory and diagnostics via phone, email, and chat.
• Guide users through troubleshooting, driver installs, network setup, and firmware updates.
• Manage warranty claims and arrange replacements or repairs as needed.
• Document all interactions in CRM and escalate complex issues to Level-2 engineering.
