Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join the Cortex XSIAM support team. Based remotely from Spain, you will deliver technical assistance to our diverse customer base, respond to inquiries, and manage escalations within defined service levels.

You will partner with technical account managers to understand client objectives, identify risks, reproduce issues with our developers, and contribute to permanent solutions that improve product reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with Endpoint Security software.
• SIEM experience.
• Understanding of how SIEMs work.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Cortex XSIAM customers.
• Handle escalations, calls and emails within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and implement permanent fixes.
