Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer focused on post-sales activities in Madrid. You will deliver expert guidance, perform root-cause analysis, and drive risk mitigation for top-tier customers, often coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders, travel to customer sites when needed, and help ensure a secure, resilient environment for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of network security experience.
• Strong TCP/IP and LAN/WAN expertise.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex networks and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical assistance to top-tier customers with in-depth troubleshooting and guidance.
• Own support cases end-to-end, including multi-vendor issues, and document progress clearly.
• Explain technical solutions to technical and executive audiences to build trust.
• Collaborate with Account, Sales and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Lead quarterly reviews and risk mitigation strategies to improve security posture.
