AVEC Human Resources Services is seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales & Onboarding Specialist based in Barcelona. You will onboard new clients, craft strategic campaigns, and manage a portfolio to drive adoption and growth in the Dutch market.

The role demands 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing, strong Dutch language skills (C2) and advanced English, plus familiarity with GDPR, CRM systems, and data-driven ROI discussions.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or technical fields.
• Dutch C2 and advanced English.
• 2+ years of proven sales or marketing experience in target-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Knowledge of Dutch business culture and market dynamics.
• Awareness of GDPR and data-privacy regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex ROI questions.
• Resilient, proactive and goal-oriented.
• CRM experience and process optimization.

Aufgaben

• Onboard new clients and develop strategic, results-driven advertising campaigns.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to increase investment and upsell opportunities.
