ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Team Manager fluent in Dutch to lead a high-performing sales team in a dynamic, data-driven environment. You will coach, mentor, and optimize strategies to exceed quotas while cross-selling across ADP’s product portfolio. Strong MS Office skills and multi-language fluency are required.

The role emphasizes collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging AI-driven insights to grow pipelines and revenue in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• 1-3 years experience managing a sales team.
• Goal-oriented with ability to reach monthly/yearly quotas.
• Well organized with time and activity management skills.
• Excellent MS Office literacy.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Modern selling skills – AI-driven tools and data insights to drive pipelines and revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach our sales team: drive the team forward, manage and improve cold calling strategies, build relationships with potential clients, and recommend ADP products and services.
• Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding your sales goals.
• Strategically cross-sell into existing accounts by highlighting ADP’s other products and solutions.
• Collaborate daily with internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
