100Hires, Inc. is seeking Dutch-speaking customer support associates to join an international team in Lisbon. You will assist SMB customers via phone, email and chat, guiding them in using online services and resolving basic issues.

The role requires fluent Dutch, good English, strong communication, and the willingness to work rotational shifts on-site in Lisbon. Training and ongoing support are provided, with career development opportunities in the online services sector.

Formación

• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Good English for internal communication.
• Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Availability to work onsite in Lisbon.
