FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. On-site with remote options within Portugal and a full relocation package.

You’ll be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers, assisting via phone, email, or chat with friendly, practical support. Flight tickets and accommodation options are provided, plus private health insurance and monthly bonuses.

Formación

• Dutch fluency at C1/C2 and good English required.
• Based in Portugal or willing to move soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide friendly, practical support to solve day-to-day questions.

What will you actually do?

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
