FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You will assist Dutch customers by phone, email, or chat, delivering friendly, effective support.

Relocation is covered and you can work on-site in Lisbon or remotely from within Portugal. We also offer flight tickets, accommodation options, and a comprehensive set of benefits including private health insurance and paid training.

Formación

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.

What will you actually do?

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
