FH Collective Academy is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a Lisbon-based, on-site role with remote options within Portugal. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing friendly, practical support while joining an international team.

The position offers a relocation package, flight ticket, and accommodation options; monthly gross pay ranges from €1,220 without housing to €1,500 with housing, plus private health insurance and bonuses.

Formación

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good English level.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate soon.
• Enjoy helping people and talking with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering helpful support to solve day-to-day questions.

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
