Ww Talents seeks a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to join international teams on-site in Greece (Athens or Thessaloniki). You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat and provide accurate, professional support.

Salary is €1,300–€1,500 gross per month, with bonuses on selected projects and a full relocation package (hotel, airport pickup, flight, real estate support). Working schedule is Monday to Friday.

• Must have Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level depending on project.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers

Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch - C1/C2 level
English: B2-C1, depending on the project
Salary: €1,300-€1,500 gross/month +bonus (depending on the project)+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Working Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
