WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting SMBs with cloud-based solutions. The role centers on outbound sales, lead generation, business development and pipeline management, not closing every sale.

You will contact prospects in Greece, present cloud products, build a strong pipeline and work toward KPIs in an on-site Athens-based role. Dutch and English must be at C1.

Formación

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree completed.

We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in the industry.

In this role, you will focus on outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management, helping businesses discover cloud-based products and solutions.

The role focuses on generating and qualifying sales opportunities rather than directly closing every sale.

Work Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1 level
English: C1 level
Compensation: €1,400 gross/month *14 month+bonus+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Workşng Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Your Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.

Requirements

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong accountability and motivation.
• Good PC skills and confidence using online tools and applications.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree.

• €1,400 gross monthly salary for 14 months
• Quarterly performance bonus of up to 60% of one gross salary, with additional earning potential based on overachievement.
