WW Talents in Greece is seeking a Dutch-Speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting SMEs with cloud-based solutions. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management to identify opportunities and qualify leads.

You will work on-site in Athens, using CRM tools and maintaining KPIs and sales targets. A 14-month salary, performance bonuses, and relocation package are offered.

Formación

• Dutch at C1 level and Business English at C1 level.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in the industry.

In this role, you will focus on outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management, helping businesses discover cloud-based products and solutions.

The role focuses on generating and qualifying sales opportunities rather than directly closing every sale.

Work Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1 level
English: C1 level
Compensation: €1,400 gross/month *14 month+bonus+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Workşng Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

• Good PC skills and confidence using online tools and applications.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree.

• €1,400 gross monthly salary for 14 months
• Quarterly performance bonus of up to 60% of one gross salary, with additional earning potential based on overachievement.
