WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams. This role is fully remote, based in Greece, with work Monday to Friday and occasional weekend shifts depending on the project.

You will provide customer service, after-sales support, and technical assistance across multiple channels. You will handle inquiries, manage cases in CRM, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate complex matters.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems.
• Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases.
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction.

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, roadside assistance, claims support, or support for business customers.

Working Location:This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.
Work Model: Remote
Language: Dutch - C1/C2 level
English: B2-C1, depending on the project
Compensation:€1,300-€1,500 gross/month (paid over 14 months)+ performance-based bonus of up to €250/month, depending on the project
Relocation Package: Hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee
Working Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Requirements

• C1/C2 level of Dutch
• B2-C1 level of English, depending on the project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage
