Hiring International Academy is seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Ads and Onboarding Specialist to join our Barcelona team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, onboard new accounts, and craft data-driven PPC campaigns aimed at immediate impact and long-term growth.

In this fast-paced, international role you will drive outbound sales, upsell campaigns, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while leveraging AI insights and CRM tools to optimize performance and achieve ambitious KPIs.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing or communications.
• Dutch (C2) and English language fluency.
• 2+ years sales/marketing experience in target-driven environments.
• Experience using AI tools to personalize outreach and improve CRM.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy in outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication; resilient and self-motivated.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and develop strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns.
• Drive revenue by outbound selling and campaign upselling.
• Engage the Dutch market and identify client needs.
• Manage high volumes of accounts and maintain CRM data.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Nurture stakeholder relationships and provide timely support.
• Adapt strategies to changing customer needs.
