Cross Border Talents is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our multilingual team in Spain. You will handle inquiries in Dutch via phone, chat, or email, delivering empathetic and accurate support while following client quality standards.

The role involves rotating shifts (Mon–Fri with occasional weekends) and utilizing CRM systems to maintain records. EU work eligibility is required, and previous CS experience is advantageous.

Formación

• Fluent in Dutch (native or C1/C2) required.
• EU citizenship or valid EU work permit.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to rotate shifts Mon–Fri with occasional weekends.
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous.

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international BPO/customer experience company based in Spain. You will join a multilingual team delivering high-quality support in Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in Dutch

• Escalate complex issues appropriately
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch — native or C1/C2 level (mandatory)
• EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection status
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for rotating shifts (Mon–Fri + occasional weekends)
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
