Cross Border Talents in Madrid is seeking a Dutch-speaking Game Presenter to join a multilingual global contact center.

You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Dutch, maintain CRM records, and adhere to client guidelines while delivering empathetic support.

Relocation assistance, paid training, and a dynamic multicultural environment await the successful candidate, with rotating shifts Mon-Fri and occasional weekends.

Formación

• Fluent in Dutch - native or C1/C2 level (mandatory)
• EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection status
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for rotating shifts (Mon-Fri + occasional weekends)
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
