Next Job Abroad seeks a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our international client in Malaga. You will handle mobile, internet, and home service inquiries, delivering a friendly, professional experience and supporting customers across Europe.

This permanent role offers a hybrid schedule after onboarding and relocation assistance. Candidates should be native Dutch speakers with strong English and a commercial mindset, plus comfortable with learning new systems.

Qualifications

• Good English skills (minimum B1) are required to communicate with a diverse international team.

About the role

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor, you’ll support customers with questions related to mobile services, internet and home products.

You’ll help solve customer enquiries while delivering an excellent customer experience. You’ll also identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that create value for the customer.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing customer support via phone
• Assisting customers with mobile, broadband and TV-related enquiries
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
• Delivering friendly and professional customer service
• Identifying relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Working closely with colleagues in an international team
