Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a native Dutch speaker to join our international sales team in Barcelona. You will promote cloud solutions to Benelux-based businesses, drive outbound prospecting, and manage opportunities with a CRM-driven approach.

You will engage senior decision-makers, qualify needs, and map challenges to suitable cloud offerings. The role includes a performance bonus, relocation support, and ongoing training in a dynamic, global setting.

Qualifications

• Native level Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1) written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree, or around 20 months of equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in IT or tech outbound sales, B2B prospecting or cold calling, ideally against a quota.
• Good understanding of cloud computing concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
• Knowledge of the Benelux business culture and GDPR/data privacy sensitivities.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated and resilient attitude.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound calls and emails to senior decision-makers across Benelux.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and understand customers' business and technical needs.
• Match customer challenges to the right cloud solutions and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Manage your accounts, leads and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Work towards quarterly targets and daily/weekly activity KPIs.
