Cross Border Talents in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to drive the Dutch market with a full-time, hybrid work setup. You will manage the complete sales cycle, demonstrate products, and guide customers from trials to paid subscriptions while coordinating with the Customer Experience team.

The role offers a base salary, uncapped commissions, a clear progression path to AE2 and AE3, and a hybrid working arrangement with travel expense coverage and generous leave.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle for the Dutch market.

Salary & Commission

• €30,000 gross annual base salary.
• Monthly commission target: €600.
• Uncapped commission structure with performance multipliers.
• Quarterly Super Bonus for top performers.
• Clear career progression to AE2 (€35,000 base) and AE3 (€40,000 base).

Working Hours

Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00
Friday: 09:00–15:00
