Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Account Executive in Madrid. This permanent, full-time role combines on-site training with a hybrid work model. You will manage the full sales cycle for the Dutch market, perform product demos, and drive trials into paid subscriptions.

The position offers a €30,000 base salary plus €600 monthly commission, plus uncapped commissions and a quarterly bonus. Clear career progression to AE2 (€35,000 base) and AE3 (€40,000 base) is available.

Formación

• Dutch-speaking sales experience preferred.

Salary & Commission

• €30,000 gross annual base salary.
• Monthly commission target: €600.
• Uncapped commission structure with performance multipliers.
• Quarterly Super Bonus for top performers.
• Clear career progression to AE2 (€35,000 base) and AE3 (€40,000 base).

Working Hours

Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00
Friday: 09:00–15:00
