Cross Border Talents in Madrid is seeking a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for the Dutch market, handle inbound and outbound activities, and conduct product demonstrations with clients. The role includes guiding trials to paid subscriptions and collaborating with the Customer Experience team for a seamless journey.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle for the Dutch market.
• Handle inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Guide customers through free trials and convert them into paid subscriptions.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Salary & Commission

• €30,000 gross annual base salary.
• Monthly commission target: €600.
• Uncapped commission structure with performance multipliers.
• Quarterly Super Bonus for top performers.
• Clear career progression to AE2 (€35,000 base) and AE3 (€40,000 base).

Working Hours

Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00
Friday: 09:00–15:00
