Lingonova is seeking a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team in Madrid, Spain. This hybrid role requires managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, as well as building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Dutch and English, with 1–6 years of sales experience. The position offers a gross annual base salary of €30,000, uncapped commissions, and various perks including flexible benefits and career growth opportunities.

Dutch-speaking Account Executive | Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)

We're looking for a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team based in Madrid, Spain.

Location

• Madrid, Spain
• Hybrid work model
• Permanent contract
• No relocation support (candidates must already be based in Spain)

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Friday: 09:00 – 15:00
• Availability aligned with the US time zone is preferred, especially during the onboarding period.

Compensation

• €30,000 gross annual base salary
• Uncapped commission plan
• Monthly target commission of €600
• Performance multipliers:
  • 80% target = 1.3x
  • 100% target = 2x
  • 150%+ target = 3x
• Additional quarterly commission accelerators for top performers.
