You will assist Fitbit users by phone, email, and chat, helping them maximize device features and wellness software while upholding a premium brand experience.

The role requires native or fluent Danish and strong English, with excellent communication and customer-focused problem solving. EU passport is mandatory; relocation is fully supported.
