Next Job Abroad is hiring Customer Support Consultants to help users of digital apps, wallets, and streaming accounts. You will assist via chat, email, and phone with everyday, non-technical troubleshooting, keeping interactions friendly and solution-oriented.

The shift is 10:00-19:00, Monday to Friday, with weekends free. Dutch and English fluency, strong computer skills, and EU work rights are required. Relocation bonus, hotel stay, and four weeks of paid training are offered.

Formación

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
• Comfort with non-technical troubleshooting and multitasking.
