FH Collective Academy in Lisbon seeks a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international BPO team on-site with flexible remote options within Portugal. You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, assisting via phone, email, or chat with a friendly, practical approach while solving day-to-day questions.

We offer a relocation package, flight coverage, and the possibility of accommodation. Monthly gross pay is €1,500 with accommodation or €1,220 without.

Formación

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsabilidades

• You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of our international team.
