Next Job Abroad is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Consultants to assist users of everyday digital apps, wallets, and streaming accounts. No coding or technical degree required.

You will work 10:00–19:00, Monday to Friday, with relocation support to Sofia, Bulgaria, including a €1500 gross relocation bonus, 21 days hotel stay, and 4 weeks of paid training to help you settle and start delivering friendly, solution-oriented help.

Formación

• Fluency in Dutch + solid professional English skills.
• A naturally helpful personality—you like talking to people and sorting out quick puzzles.
• Good computer skills (live chats, emails, and phone tools).
• Ready to move abroad, experience a new culture, and commit for at least 1 year.
• Valid EU work rights (EU Passport).

Responsabilidades

• Helping users via chat, email, and phone with everyday, non-technical troubleshooting (unblocking accounts, fixing subscription issues, wallets).
• Keeping it friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented.
• The Shift Schedule: 10:00 - 19:00 (Mon–Fri).
