Job summary

Join is launching an exciting customer service project in Barcelona and seeks motivated, Dutch-speaking professionals to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality support via phone, email, and tickets, with no sales involved.

You will work 39 hours per week, in two shifts from 8:00 to 19:00 on weekdays and two Saturdays per month from 8:00 to 18:00. The position offers an international, multicultural environment and paid training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch required for written and spoken communication.
• Good English for internal communication and training.
• Previous experience in customer service or contact centers is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with empathy.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Assist customers with delivery tracking, parcel issues, returns, and inquiries.
• Ensure interactions are professional, empathetic, and customer-focused.
• Handle requests efficiently while meeting KPIs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and document interactions.
