Cross Border Talents is hiring a Dutch Customer Service Sales Representative to join an international team based in Barcelona or Valencia. You will handle customer inquiries, support the purchasing process, and identify sales opportunities while delivering excellent service.

The role offers a competitive €20,000 gross per year with a potential €2,000 performance bonus and a Monday–Friday schedule from 09:00 to 18:00, with ASAP start and an opportunity to grow in a multicultural environment.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch language required.
• Good level of English.
• Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
• Based in Barcelona or Valencia or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer service through the appropriate communication channels
• Assist customers with product and service enquiries
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Support customers throughout the purchasing process
• Manage sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
