Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Dutch Customer Service Sales Representative for Barcelona or Valencia. The role offers a full-time schedule with a €20,000 gross yearly salary plus a €2,000 bonus, and a Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 workday.

Immediate start and potential for growth within an international, multicultural team. Use your Dutch and English language skills to assist customers, identify needs, and drive sales while delivering excellent service.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills.
• Good level of English.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and commercially minded.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Based in Barcelona or Valencia, or willing to relocate independently.
• Availability to start ASAP.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer service through the appropriate communication channels.
