Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, seeks a Senior CRO Manager to own on-site conversion rate optimization, experimentation roadmap, and merchandising direction. You will design the purchase journey, influence pricing, bundles, and trust signals, reporting directly to the VP Digital Experience & Conversion.

With 5+ years in high-traffic CRO, you’ll lead data-driven decisions, leverage AI-native tools, and work across growth functions to improve Revenue Per Visitor on a billion-dollar site.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on CRO and e-commerce analytics with measurable revenue impact.
• Advanced GA4 analytics and behavioral tools to turn data into hypotheses.
• End-to-end A/B/MV tests on modern platforms with statistical rigor.

Responsabilidades

• Own the experimentation roadmap, UX and merchandising direction, and pricing strategy.
• Build and manage a prioritized optimization backlog with clear hypotheses.
• Cross-reference paid media against on-site behavior to uncover opportunities.
• Present data-backed insights to senior leadership and drive revenue per visitor.
