Empresa Confidencial is seeking a Product Manager to own and optimize our website and app as the primary direct sales channel. You will define the product roadmap, map the full customer journey, and collaborate daily with development and UX teams to trim friction and boost conversion from first visit to booking.

You will lead experiments, write clear user stories, and measure outcomes against revenue goals.

Formación

• 5+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner of transactional digital products with measurable conversion and revenue impact.
• Hands-on, comfortable writing stories, managing backlog, and being the sole product owner.
• UX and CRO expertise with journey analysis and hypothesis-driven testing.
• Proficient in GA4, Mixpanel, Clarity or Hotjar and turning data into decisions.
• Understanding of architecture, integrations and APIs to weigh technical options.

Responsabilidades

• Own the digital channel across website, app and other digital touchpoints.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Analyze the customer journey from search to enquiry, booking and after-sales.
• Identify friction and opportunities, formulate hypotheses and run experiments.
• Design and prioritise features for conversion, revenue and UX impact.
• Write user stories, manage the backlog and collaborate with development and UX/UI teams.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from analysis to iteration.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimise traffic quality and conversion.
• Align digital journey with human support to improve lead closure.
